Please dispose of waste in the provided garbage cans (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste) in the corridors. These are emptied daily. If there are no bins in the corridors, please contact us. We can collect your rubbish if necessary. When you leave, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

Please depart by 11 am. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will have to charge you 100 euros if you lose your room key. You can check out later than 11 am by prior arrangement, up to 12 noon. Please contact reception to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, please let us know the day before so that we can optimise the deployment of our housekeeping team.

Turn the heating down by one degree.
Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air.
Set the fridge to medium cooling.

• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
  Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of opening windows slightly.

You are welcome to park your bike in our courtyard/car park. Please note that we cannot accept any liability.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvements. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay. Your satisfaction as a guest is our top priority.

Would you like to explore the area without having to worry about your luggage? We are happy to take your luggage before check-in from 11 am Monday to Friday and from 1 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please register at our reception desk. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

We kindly ask that you observe the night-time rest period between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact reception during your stay.

You are welcome to relax in our lounge at any time. However, we ask that you are considerate of other hotel guests. Please note that the lounge is closed between 10 pm and 6 am.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we offer private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, subject to availability, for a fee of €15 per vehicle per night.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Would you like an invoice for your stay? If so, please contact our reception team by email. We will then issue and send you an invoice immediately.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which will be handed over clean with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact reception to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will incur an additional charge of at least 25 euros. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. You will find bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use them, please contact us.

In the backyard, you will find a vending machine where you can purchase drinks, food and snacks for a fee.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A free fan is available for hot summer days. If you require an additional fan, please contact reception.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our service staff. We will be happy to provide you with a fan heater.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine. Detergent is provided free of charge. Please contact reception if you have any questions.
