For additional persons we charge €15 per night and person.

Just 200 metres from our apartments you will find a station of Freiburg’s frelo bike-sharing scheme. Renting and returning a bike is easy via the frelo app – ideal for exploring Freiburg and the surrounding area flexibly.

Please depart by 11:00 a.m. When you leave the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will have to charge a flat rate of €100 if you lose your key. A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12 noon – please contact our team to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, we would appreciate a message the day before your departure so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping team.

The city of Freiburg charges a statutory city tax of 5% of the accommodation price. This is already included in the price shown on our website – there are no additional costs for you.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which is handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle and keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the work involved, with a minimum charge of €25. We take the liberty of storing your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need anything further, please contact our team.
Is it too cold for you? Please get in touch – we will be happy to provide a fan heater for your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know right away so that we can address it during your stay.
Your satisfaction as a guest is our top priority.

We kindly ask that you observe the night-time quiet period between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact our team during your stay.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will then be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before your arrival.

Would you like to explore the area without having to worry about your luggage? We are happy to take your luggage before check-in from 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we offer private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, subject to availability, for a fee of €15 per night per vehicle. Please reserve before your arrival. Fees can conveniently be paid online in advance or, at the latest, upon arrival with our team.

All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. The escape routes in the stairwell are marked and must always be kept clear. In an emergency, please dial 112.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of €300 will be incurred for the special cleaning required.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use it, please contact us.

Our apartments have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you can use free of charge along with the detergent provided. Please contact our team if you have any questions.

Please dispose of waste in the bins provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste). On departure, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.
