Our apartments have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you can use free of charge along with the detergent provided. Please contact our team if you have any questions.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need anything further, please contact our team.
Is it too cold for you? Please get in touch – we will be happy to provide a fan heater for your apartment.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which is handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle and keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the work involved, with a minimum charge of €25. We take the liberty of storing your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use it, please contact us.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact our team during your stay.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we offer private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, subject to availability, for a fee of €15 per night per vehicle. Please reserve before your arrival. Fees can conveniently be paid online in advance or, at the latest, upon arrival with our team.

Would you like to explore the area without having to worry about your luggage? We are happy to take your luggage before check-in from 11:00 Monday to Friday and from 13:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

We kindly ask that you observe the night-time quiet period between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of €300 will be incurred for the special cleaning required.

Please dispose of waste in the bins provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste). On departure, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

• Turn the heating down by one degree
• Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window for cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of tilting the windows

Please depart by 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will have to charge a flat rate of €100 if you lose your key. A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12:00 – please contact our team to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, we would appreciate a message the day before your departure so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping team.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will then be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before your arrival.

For additional persons we charge €15 per night and person.
