An apartment offers you everything a hotel room does – and much more: spacious living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and the freedom to plan your day independently of breakfast and restaurant hours. Especially for families, groups and longer stays, a holiday apartment is usually the more economical choice, as you book an entire apartment rather than individual rooms. And you won’t have to go without your usual comforts: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, and our team is personally there for you.

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival. Within three days of arrival, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

When you book directly through our website, you are guaranteed the best price – with no booking fees and no agency commissions. You benefit from flexible change and cancellation options up to three days before arrival, and our team is your personal point of contact before, during and after your stay. Exclusive offers such as our Long Stay Special with the discount code LONGSTAY (20% off from 30 nights) are also only available when booking through our website.

By car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the Freiburg-Mitte exit and follow the B31a towards Freiburg.
Take the B3 exit towards Merzhausen/B31/Stadtmitte/Konzerthaus/Hauptbahnhof and keep right to turn onto Schnewelinstraße/B3.
After about 800 m, turn right into Eisenbahnstraße, then after about 300 m turn left onto Rotteckring. After about 270 m, at the junction at Fahnenbergplatz, bear half left into Friedrichstraße. After about 150 m you will reach our building at number 47.

By public transport:
From the main railway station, take tram no. 3 towards Zähringen and get off at the Europaplatz stop. From there it is about a two-minute walk to our building.

Our team is available daily from 13:00 to 21:00 to answer any questions you may have, and to provide tips and recommendations about Freiburg. Check-in is possible from 16:00; an earlier arrival can be arranged on request.

You will receive your apartment key conveniently from our key box directly at the building. Your personal access code and all the important information will be sent to you by email the day before your arrival – so you can arrive at any time, even late in the evening.

We will gladly take your luggage before check-in from Monday to Friday from 11:00 and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 13:00. Please contact our team by phone or email.

Enjoy a comfortable stay until 11:00. When you leave, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12:00. Please contact our team. If you need to leave earlier, we would be grateful if you could let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings are available at €25 per cleaning. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any significant cleaning required will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Our apartments have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you can use free of charge along with the detergent provided. Please contact our team if you have any questions.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

All apartments come with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we can arrange private parking in the immediate vicinity for a fee of €15 per night per vehicle. Please book in advance of your arrival. Fees can be paid online in advance or upon arrival with our team.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact our team during your stay.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that a charge of €300 will be incurred if this rule is broken.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will then be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before your arrival.

For additional persons we charge €15 per night and person.
